  1. I, for one love it when threads like this come along once in a while. This **** is hilarious! I know it's easy enough to go find pics like this to laugh at but I'm lazy and I don't really have the time to or inclination to go looking. So to Ford 49&67, thanks for the chuckle. And to the guy that built this T-Bucket, I think you need to go see Alice.

I think that this thread should be saved because when some one writes in and asks if something odd will work all you gotta do is reopen this thread and ask "you mean like this?" This thread has almost every bad idea that i've ever heard of or had nightmares of.

This thread should be required reading for every FNG! I think it would really help eliminate a lot of the stupid threads that have been posted lately (like this one).
A good shock to the system is sometimes the best teacher, and this is the equivalent of the crash carnage movies they used to show us in drivers ed back in the 60's.
    Plus, it's freakin' hilarious!

FYI - First off it would be good to lose the term Rat Rod a very controversial term at best. Most HAMBERS own traditional hot rods. The cars you posted look like street rods and not the traditional hot rods and customs preferred here on the HAMB.
The Sopranos have it right - "This isn't going to end well"
Good luck with your questionable thread................

  22. These cars are BAD but this summer at the two big "traditional" events I attended in Wa it seemed the more distasteful the car, the more people where crowded around taking photos. It was like a ratio of 10 people standing around taking photos for every Borgeson steering-shaft joint utilized in the build.

  23. That's the one Mazooma1. But it would appear we were too late.
That Vette and the Nomad have to be first cousins. I guess this proves once and for all that rat rods are the result of in breading. It reminds me of a certain episode of X-Files, I think it was called Mayberry. "Heavenly shades of night are falling. It's twilight time."
