I know at times Im not all that smart, just wondering how that rear spring hanger works, ***uming its adjustible for height? Thanks Pete.

 

Little more of an update still just chipping away on the frame. I started from the back and just continuing my way to the front. I’m almost don’t with metal work before I get to skim some poly filler on it.

 

yes its a bracket that sandwiches the spring and then bolts to the plate you see welded on the crossmember. if you look at older posts you can see it better

I believe Bob bleeds “ace hole” frames have a similar great set up if you want to see more examples Pete.

when i traced back the history a bit on this car i believe bob was hired by the previous owner to do a lot of the work. then i cut it all out and redid it but i was happy with the ch***is for the most part
