Event Coverage sycamore drive in

Kind of like weeds!

 

Use to go every Saturday night back in the early 80's when Dino from Dover Dragstrip ran the Cruise nights
They were a lot of fun because Dino had things to do for the kids and the adults!
The food was great too, as was the root beer in frosted gl*** mugs.
Ah those were the days!

what did you drive back then?

 

I put the first dash plaque I ever got, from the sycamore drive in, back on my car. Weirdo Dino and Digger Dave ran the cruise.

Thanks for the pictures guys. At one time I lived in Poughkeepsie NY and worked in Danbury , when the weather was good I would drive the hot rod and go to cruz in the evening always a wide range of cars
