I'll post some up that I took at shows and some I stole from here. The older shots are stolen from Rikster. :D

Sorry, but your rear rims are showing in plain view. Just kidding, nice coupe!

Here's one I took a photo of at Paso 2003.

TinWolf just send me these photos of a 1937 Nash Lafayette 400 Coupe. Chopped 4 inches turned 3 window and Custom skirts.

I only hope the exhaust is something temporary and it will have full hood sides... but the lines are very nice on this one.... and the 59 Caddy taillights... dont know why?

This is one of the best threads ever!

  13. Definitely the exhaust is a nightmare but the rest of the car is smooooth. Not too sure about the tailights either and they kind of worry me into thinking that the exhaust is not temporary but what do you do?

  19. That car is gorgeous alright. 100% agreed on the hoodsides/exhaust. And as far as Caddy tails go, unfortunately that is one thing the world does not need any more of. They aren't that bad in this application, but my god are they a used and abused part! I does seem strange to go for such a cheap cliche when the rest of the car has been so nicely done. Of course it's only my opinion.

gaddamn! that nash is soooo nice!
i am with you on the taillights though.
but i kinda like open sides for the engine.
like this baby i found on there some time ago.
but still it needs nicer exhausts if it's gonna work.

Well I hate to say it also but the Caddy tail lights are too pointy; they almost work but not really, actually a tail light that had the longness of the fender shape and was flush to the fender with a little curve like the fender would work better. In my humble opinion ! What a beautiful car though !!!

Here is one that cruized into Dewey this year. Very kool....

Ed Blasingame (sorry for the spelling I don't know how to spell "Ed") started
with the Hollywood caps, He purchased those when he was 15 year old. The
side spear chrome is '51 Pontiac interior pieces......

I guess it is time for me to drop my 39 and turn it into a tail dragger.

  28. Any more pics on this ride?

  29. The Nash is done really nicely. It would look good with some hood sides though, and change out those caddy lights for 38-39 Lincoln units, or even 36-37 Lincoln units would work well.
