FAD T....... T BUCKET....... BUCKET T........ At one time, T Buckets were all the rage and nothing looked cooler coming down the highway then an old T-Bucket or a Fad T......... Most of us had a bucket at one time or another, Do you still have yours?

The were not very practical and not very comfortable for the most part but.... Nothing stops people in their tracks then a Fad T, especially those people who are not into hot rods...... Your chances to score with the ladies more then doubled when you took the Bucket out on Saturday night too!

I get all the smiles and thumbs up while running around in the 32 but people will stop in their tracks, almost have accidents and will rush over to ask question while out in the old T-Bucket...... And the power to weight ratio should be outlawed..heh heh Just about any engine in a 1600 pound car means " A BLAST TO DRIVE"

Please show us your T Bucket photos or your forgotten T-Bucket Project's..... Many long time hot rodders still have old T-Bucket projects put away in the forgotten corner of the garage or the whole car sitting under a cover behind the chicken coup..... some have them in storage spaces or even in the rafters of an old shop.....

hi there,, here is an old rod from around 20years ago in my home town,, this body had been sectioned 4 inches, and had the "doors" removed..
found in the middle of a very huge ivy vine -which probably saved it .. at the time it ran a 283 and glide, 4 barrel and had a nasty cam - was fairly quick i remember...

it is missing a few parts at the moment - but i have a 61 pontiac 6 and 3 speed, seems ill slow it a bit although the vague hope that 2 carbs will speed it up a bit . and will get rid of the oversize turtle deck in favor of a tin trunk ...

and yeah man here i remember maybe 6 buckets that all used to cruise around , and some others that came and went ,,, where'd they all go ?

    funny that
