Hey gang I've looked at everything I could find on body dimensions on here and am coming up blank. I am putting an opening door in my glass body track T. This wasn't original plan but after 1 knee surgery and another one coming I decided I couldn't carry a step stool to get in and out. I woukd like to know on 23 how far down from top of door is top hinge then how far down from that is bottom hinge? All help is appreciated.

Easiest hinge setup to use is a stock 23-25 T one, the upper and lower are one piece.
    Available on eBay pretty often.

The upper hinge is shorter than the lower.
The lower is longer due to the curvature of the body.
The hinge pins must be perfectly aligned for the door to open correctly and not bind.
Pop the hingepins out and insert a long rod through both hinges.
Use a level on the long rod.
Mock up, clamp in place, check fit and swing, do final install.

Actually that wasn't my question I want to know where the hinges go respectively down from top of door. In other words where would top hinge be located in relation to top of door and how far between hinges. I can guess but I thought maybe someone had a body handy. Like your idea of using rod through hinges though I was going to clamp a piece of flat stock to door side of hige to keep alignment. thanks for response.

I don't really see why it matters specifically, I would put it 1" down from the top and 1" up from the door curve... that would make them almost as far apart as possible and probably strongest.

It doesn't really matter I just wanted to have it look as near stock as possible. Your idea has merit regards strength and would minimize offset. Thanks for considering my question.

Yea no problem, I don't think most people would notice any difference in location.
