I`ve taken out every screw, bolt, rivet and everything else I can find but the firewall wont come loose from the cowl!

I`ve even got the body up-side down for a better look! The only thing I can figure is maybe it`s pinch welded in also?

I know I`m a********....now tell me what I`m doing wrong!

    Thanks in advance-Tony [IMG]

  5. T's have spot welds. You will have to drill them out. I know, I changed the one on my tub. Nutz

Thanks fella`s, I figured SOMEONE on here had removed one.

I figured with all the bolts and rivits in it, it wouldnt have welds.

if your looking for more room for the engine before throwing away that firewall turn it around and slide it back in, it may surprise you with its fit and looks, they usually fit good with no work needed and has a perfect smooth curved style, just needs work at bottom. [IMG]
