    Man they are printed up side down, must be the Australian version.

    A T-bucket is a pretty simple car, I think I ordered a set of those plans but really only used it as reference for a couple things. You need to decide for yourself how you want the car to look as a finished product, you might want more than the suggested 7 inch kickup in the back, or a little longer than the 98 inch wheelbase.
    The frame is a ladder type frame, just two sticks of 3x2 tubing run parallel, I would definitely spread the frame under the body do you have more room for master cylinder and pedal, transmission and brake lines.
    Maybe look at a few of the t-bucket threads on here, just might answer all your questions with first hand experience.
