    I know this is an old thread but I can tell you its not Wisconsin or Stutz. However, with the pulley setup I would opt for industrial or agricultural perhaps. For comparison here is a Wisconsin I have in my shop:

    Wisconsin never used the style of lifters etc. shown in your photos. There were dozens of manufactures back in the day and your motor is a wonderful survivor. It would be neat to know the history!

    Looks some what like the engine in a 1910 Hupmobile I once worked on.

    You may want to ask questions at Smokstack.com (sp?) and engineads.com. The best place for very early engine info and cl***ified listings. That engine looks like it used sleeve valves. Is that correct? That would probably put it in the teens or earlier. It is said that nothing sounds like a running T head engine. Hope you can save it.
