Also, check out the engine in this Case automobile, looks similar as well, gotta be hyper-rare. http://www.rokemneedlearts.com/carsindepth/wordpressblog/?p=13427
I know this is an old thread but I can tell you its not Wisconsin or Stutz. However, with the pulley setup I would opt for industrial or agricultural perhaps. For comparison here is a Wisconsin I have in my shop: Wisconsin never used the style of lifters etc. shown in your photos. There were dozens of manufactures back in the day and your motor is a wonderful survivor. It would be neat to know the history!
Welcome to the HAMB Terence, there is some neat old stuff that shows up here on the Hot Rod site. Check out the photos from the past threads, I'm sure you will enjoy all the early stuff that shows up there. Bob
You may want to ask questions at Smokstack.com (sp?) and engineads.com. The best place for very early engine info and cl***ified listings. That engine looks like it used sleeve valves. Is that correct? That would probably put it in the teens or earlier. It is said that nothing sounds like a running T head engine. Hope you can save it.
