So after driving this 27 t around, Iv noticed something that bothers me. The radiator flexes side to side quite a bit. Almost like a shake. I have the upper rad support hooked up, but it still shakes back and forth at idle. Heres a pic of my setup

Made an X brace on the back of the radiator out of 3/8 or 1/2 inch round rod.Fan just cleared .Stopped the wobble. Welded to radiator frame. Worked for me.

  5. Use support rods like a Model A. They won't "bounce" as much.

  6. Tighten up your radiator bolts,,you do have springs on them don't you?

There will be some shaking,,it's normal. HRP

Yea they shake. I presume your lower mounts have the springs?

  9. It would be wise to install the bolt springs, this keeps the radiator from shaking apart,,,never mount the radiator solid. HRP
