I've searched forever and can't seem to find pics of removing the toe board on a T roadster to gain a bit of leg room. I know it's a simple process, obviously but would like to get some input and see a few pics of how it's done and gets some ideas about fabbing up the relocated board. Thanks!!!
its riveted to the sub frame and firewall . its as much a brace (corner bracket) as a toe board . the 1/2" groove that the wood floor sits in continues all the way to the firewall so you can easily adapt the floor boards . myself I'd weld in a 90* angle at the end of the subframe and use the rivet holes to join the sub and firewall . not as strong as stock but its something. IIRC there is a flange already on the sub frame that has two rivets already in the firewall that may be enough if you don't have to cut it out for pedal clearance
