T5 10 inch disc

Looking for a clutch disc, 10" dia. 14 splines 1 " dia. Nothing new just mating a S10 trans to a 59AB, I have the 10" long style pressure plate and flywheel. Local part stores will only sell kits, disc and pressure plate. Just need the plate. Any source and part number ? Thanks

 

Got mine from Carquest #CD4189, fits '81-'86 Citation V6 HO. Its 9 3/4" with 1"x14 spline.
It's behind a 265 sbc with a stock clutch plate...works good.
