Hot Rods T5 adapter help?

Wondering who makes the adapter plate I need. 235 Chevy with original bell housing, 93 s10 t5 with the ford front bolt pattern. I need the plate that goes between them asap. Also wondering what the best clutch to use with this setup. Thanks for any info.

Turns out the bellhousing is from a 216 4 speed. Does anyone know the bolt hole dimensions on the bell housing pictured, 47 chevy 3600 4 speed. I know it's a long shot, but.....
