Doing a t5 swap into a Chevy pickup, keeping the 6. Got the s10 5speed, 4 speed truck bell housing ect. My question is the mounts on the proper bellhousing are at a 45 and don't bolt to the crossmember. Before I make something from scratch, has anyone else run into this?

    Thanks!

The blue bell housing will work. You'll need to open up the bolt holes in the******* just a bit. If you are going to bolt the T-5 directly to the bell housing, then you will need to shorten the input shaft around 1/2" when it fit into the carrier bearing in the flywheel. and then shorten the collar for the throw-out bearing the same. I've done it that way with much success and also have made a 1/2? plate steel spacer that fits between the******* and the bell housing. Oh, you should also make a rear mount for the tail shaft of the*******, just for safe-keeping. Real simple.
    Either way, it works.

I made an aluminum spacer, rather than cut the shaft down to run that blue bell housing.
I think these are gonna do the trick though, thank you! Part number a2057 if anyone is curious
