I have a t86e-in that I bought a while ago to rebuild and put in my 57 fairlane. I found locally a t86w-1 for a good price and was curious if internals (parts) would be interchangeable? Both have O/D but seems the detailed information for these trans isn’t s in-depth as other trans.

Looking at the pics for this trans on FB, it has a tag that reads HEK-G which appears to be a 1965 transmission and I’m going to assume same year O/D at this time. Hopefully this might help someone with the knowledge to tell me if it’s useful for parts for my 57 292/t86
