can anybody tell me anything about this tach

3 wire hook up
has a penstar with number 2906894
what year is it
does it need a transmitter box to work

looks like a mopar sun tach. dont know much about them. I dont THINK you need a box to run it

 

Just follow the named terminals on the rear..its plainly stated..

 

definetly late 50's early 60's mopar tach
