Tail light id?

    Hi gurus...Can You please tell me what model/year this is from?
    Could be nice lights on my project if i find two.

    Late '40s Studebaker -- Commander, I think. Champions had a similar taillight but with only one bar in the middle rather than three.

    I have a pair of each that I don't need, but you're a long way away. If you can't find anything near you, let me know.

    Pretty Sure theyb are from a Studebaker , But I will look into it , and come back to you .

    50Fraud beat me to it [​IMG] Dug up my "Burness" Spotters Guide" , and they are probably the same in `47-`49 , but in the Spotters Guide , only the `49 have a clear wiew of the 3 Ribs ."Car Craft" June `58 had a "How-To" on Studebaker Taillights for All pickups , and they refeer to em as `47`s.
