Customs Tail light ID

Anyone know this car?

or able to identify what the tail lights and housings are made from?

Look a bit like lucas L551 lights

 

Id say that's a Buick not an Olds. The bumper guards are defiantly Buick.

 

The rear bumper and housing is Buick
For the lights i would guess for a kind of cheap red universal type
The plates looks like finnish.

Yes plates are old Helsinki-plates (capitol of Finland)

Lights could be Sunbeam Imp tail lights... They were used in many finnish built cars during seventies and eighties...

Rear of the car is not the same today, so you can´t check it any more...

 

I definitely can’t tell from a photo if the bumper is defiant or not.

 

Most states require the tail lights to be at least 15 inches off the ground some 20.
