Finally got the 53 Chevy tail lights for my 50 Stude pickup, all new repo parts, perfect. Was thinking about installing 59 Chevy tail lights vertically in the ends of the bed walls until I saw that same exact thing in another Stude truck, much too big, gaudy even.
I'd kind of like to see how your new tailights look when you get them mounted, keep us posted. I've seen and thought the same thing in regard to 59 chev tailights on the stude. Quite a few folks go with cadillac tailights and they look nice in my opinion, but we have to be different sometimes. take care- L7
Great lookin Stude's, I like the flames in the bed and the tail gate. Guna mount the 53 Chevy tail lights low in the bed side ends vertically with the backup lens at the bottom.
