Tail lights

I am looking for tail lights like the ones in my avatar and pic posted below. The lens is 4" diameter and says Dietz 9-45 on the chrome backside. Who sells a replacement. I'm hoping some company offers a replacement with red lens and wired for brakes, night lights, and turn signals. I've googled for these until my fingers turned numb. Any leads will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like the lights may have originally been fog lights or road lights that someone put red lenses and dual element sockets in. Here is a beat to death one on Ebay for an example 320736353261

The one he is showing in that link almost looks like the headlights or work lights on my granfather's old Farmall C tractor.

 

Thanks for putting me on the right track Mr48chev. I had no idea it may have been a tractor work light with dual element socket. Someone put two sockets/two bulbs in the ones I have. H-D put two p***ing lights on the frt of my Heritage Cl***ic MC that have 4" lenses. May modify the H-D ones and use my old lenses, unless someone has a better idea.
