Last weekend was the 2026 biannual event hosted by Michael Morris in the coatal town of Canton Beach north of Sydney. I attended in 2024 with the Hudson and was excited to be back for this years event. A great roll up of over 100 cars with some exceptional entries this year. Michael had Mike Bellos from Bellos Customs in San Diego as the guest. Michael's events are "no trophies events" as his philosphy is they are all winners. Michael who also runs a local Donut Derelicts Coffee event each week had the entrants all attend that on their way home. I didn't attend that as it is in the opposite direction initially and would add and extra 45 minutes at least to my trip home. Still was a 10 hour trip with a couple of stops and rain,rain,rain for the final 90 minutes. Over 1700 kms return trip travelled and Hudson drove great with new tires and new Viking double adjustable shocks on the rear.
