FYI, there is a '62 Comet wagon in Cave Creek listed on Craigslist fot $1500.00. It appears to be a running, driving machine.

Belvedere is in the transmission shop hopefully it won't be to bad.

( Update ) manual valve that charges the pump, now working on the kick down hopefully done tomorrow.

 

Picked up the car today, I highly recommend the guys at automatic transmission experts. I took off it held the gear and shifted good, down shifted great very happy with that part. the motor is running a little warm 225 to 230 don't like that, but again if I have a trans problem that's were I am headed. Hope you all are having a great week. Somebody please bring a camera so I can at liest prove it made it to Central LoL.

I saw that the other day, I meant to post on that thread. Dave seems to think it's Lowell's bucket too. I'm going to try to order a copy of that shot without the big watermark. I need to scan some of the pics from the Scrambler book at the shop. The one of the blown-out block is pretty amazing.

You just gotta love the Cruise on Central, that's what its all about cruising, girls, and hot rods. Really a good night having fun, I sure hope that somehow we can get more people to get together up on Central every Saturday night, and have fun. Hopefully for those who don't know we meet at McDonalds every Saturday night.
