Left the driver and tree dead??? Or was that three (3) dead???

 

OUCH.... What ever it was, how did they get three people in it?

Speed has never been the problem, that was sorted out very early, its the handling and braking that took decades to catch up to the performance of the cars!

Hmmm...I wonder were 2 or 3 spectators involved instead of passengers? Bet there was a lot of debris flying down the track...including the engine!

I wonder could such an accident be researched thru other old news papers or race records?
