Tanks Inc

    I bought a tank from "Tanks Inc" awhile back and this has bothered me ever since. I thought they were made in Minn also but...
    Below are some pics of the box my tank arrived in.
    I for one don't "enjoy" sending my money overseas as krylon32 suggests and won't be buying any more from them.

    TANKS is China **** parts period. Send them your USA money if you want. I'll not deal with them since they unemployed Americans for a better profit. Regards, Ron

    I've got one in my `30 coupe and (1) it was reasonably priced and (2) works fine. But I had the same problem when calling directly.

    A friend of mine who runs a hot-rod parts store (maybe they like distributors/wholesalers better) got thru with no problems and had the tank drop-shipped to my address.

    Why don't you contact VapHead here on the HAMB (along with other vendors) and see if he can't make a similar arrangement for you?

    I've got a new in the box stainless 1932 Ford tank that needs a home, looks like a nice item.
