Hot Rods tci 700r4

hey guys
I have a 700r4 tci street fighter tranny with a breakaway lockup converter in my 34 ford. While cruising back from Bowling Green about 65mph, had to get around a vehicle. When it kicked down the motor ran wild like the tranny was slipping badly. Got back out of it imediatly. Drove fine the rest of the way home. But did not kick it down again. Can anyone tell me what may have happened. Now this is a new transmission. only one other 400 mile trip on it. Bowling Green was a 300 miler. All help apreciated.

 

first guess is the TV cable is not properly set up....

 

Is your tv cable adjusted correctly? Did you do pressure readings when you set it up?
