    Dude this is fucking awesome! I wish I would have seen this like a year ago because I bought some for about $150 from Car Chemistry. This is exactly how mine are set up, but you spent about $140 less than I did!!

    Dude, did you ever record it????

    You should put something together on 'you tube' that shows the difference. Show it running down the road slow with open pipes, and then show it rolling with your baffles installed so we can hear the difference.

    6 years old thread, but pretty fk smart if you ask me.
    I'll try my hands at it and let you know how it turns out.
    Do you guys think addin 'glass insulation should make it even more quiet? or is the glass there for other reasons?

    I got my washers from Fastenal, I ordered them since they didnt have any at the local store. It was easy to copy this design. I apprecate it.
