    This is really helpful. Eventually I am going to have to build a turtle deck for my 26' Or bare minimum most of the curved parts. Thanks!

    Good stuff! Any ideas out there on making the vertical bars?

    The vertical bars are easy. i just use thin wall steel tubing, like brake line tubing. Sandwich it between 2 pieces of angle iron in a vise. Cut to length and weld in place.

    thanks for all of the compliments. i have long wanted to contribute to the tech of the HAMB.I hope this hlps some guys realize that its just metal and we can all hold a hammer.

    I just read your posts, what a great job you did on the grille you built. I did not no that you could hammerform that way. What gauge sheetmetal did you use?

    Its all done in 18 guage. It is easier if you do it in 20, but I had 18 so that is what I used.
