TECH: Pete & Jake Style Ladder Bars

    But it's position does depend on a few other variables.
     
  2. I understand now why to use a panhard bar over a track locator, but what thoughts are there about using a anti-roll bar? I've seen alot a pictures floating around using them with buggy springs, but how about with ladder bars and coil overs?

    If you do, put one on the front first, then maybe the rear. Follow the factory lead in this regard and yes, there are handling/steering/geometry reasons for this as well as formulas for the weight of the car, length and diameter of the bars, attatchment points, fulcrum points etc etc. (they are a spring) but...

    ...at the end of the day they are not necessary and for practical purposes a waste of time, effort and money on a hot rod.
