    Yup..what he said about the paint removal...however super cool tech..thank you for sharing, the visor looks great!

    Another good use for hedge wood. Those dies will last a day less than iron. Great tech .

    I think R&C had an article like this back in the pre-credit card days...

    BTW, as an alternative, it seems like the dies could be carved in a softer wood, and then cast in aluminum...
