Did'nt BobBleed do a tech on this awhile back, before we had tech week I think. Either way very cool tech post. thanks.....
Bobbleed did to a post on it..the only difference between the two articles, is that bob welded his center section back in...this article says to rivet it back it...my question is...Where the hell do you find thick rivets like the ones needed for these rims??and what kind of gun do you use? pretty cool article none the less. tok

I use round head bolts to serve as rivets.
I'll keep this up for a couple weeks.... Save it if you want. If you miss out email me or PM me and I'll email it to you. Since I haven't found a job, I had to close my Tri-5 site, as it was costing too much to have up... so I have really limited space now.
Man! I remember reading that article when it was new. Did my 53 Pontiac rims just like the article said - I was 16 years old. Olderndirt now huh? Or maybe the magazine was old when I found it. LOL
This is important because it documents that chrome reversed wheels date back at least to 1957. Thanks...
