I am building a 23 T. I bought a front axle and thought it was a ford piece. Turns out it is a chevy piece. I bought new spindles and king pins. Can I have the Chevy axle bushed to fit the Ford king pins/spindles wthout having any major alignment issues.

    Thanks
    Phil

Chevies all had parallel leaves as far as I know, and the axles have pads for the springs. Surely you could tell from that it wasn't a Ford axle right away?

What Phil1934 said, or get spindles that'll work with the axle. Don't know about suitable hubs, though. You might need to do a whole exercise to match spindles, bearings, hubs, wheels, etc. but you'd be surprised at what fits on what, or can be made to do with some minor fabrication.
