I've heard of the issue but not bought it yet.
Teknikens Värld is normally like Road&Track, but more consumer report oriented. Road tests of the new Ford Foccus and old farts whining about the outrageous cost of lightbulbs for new cars.

But what do they say, in swedish?

...it's what you read at your local barbershop when you rumbled through all the porno mags.

Hmm, I really need a haircut.

Yeah,it certainly looked that way to me--just was curious since the photog (Claes Johansson is his name) was kind enough to send it to me--and the 8x10 of the magazine shot as well...

i do not have the issue but write it down here and i will translate it for you

  6. I have not bought Teknikens Värld since the age of ten, that was in the early 70´s when they had a very negative attitude against anything American. And even at the age of ten I liked Amrican cars...
But though they had some great covers in the 50´s!

Scan the feature and I´ll translate it, no problems.

About Claes Johansson: He is a great car historian and did put out a magazine named Retro for a few years. I think Claes still has his old Tatra with an aircooled rearmounted V8...
BTW his is brother is a long time friend of my colleague at work (the name of my colleague is Magnus Jalkesten).

Per, are you still looking for someone to copy edit Swedish to English?

by the way I got a copy of the Strangler's 'Sweden" from Black and White and it's sung in Swedish, and of course is named 'Sveridge'. all quiet on the eastern front.

Rocky--I`ll be at the Salt-I posted a request for a few drivin' buddies but as yet have no takers. It`s the 20th anniversary of my first visit,so I`m DRIVING the Sedan and probably camping as well. Also bringing Conor...A true test for the kid!I can`t scan the article in,Per,just like I can`t attach pictures and stuff.I spend too much time working on Hot Rods and not enough time learning how to use this thing properly.........
