I'm tryin' to figure out how to install the temp sensor onto my '55 f100 with a 223 six. The truck has the stock sensor for the stock gauge and a set of old cool lookin' Stuart Warner gauges with the same sensor. It's a mechanical gauge with a 2" probe and about a 1/2" fitting. Any suggestions?!

  2. i'd leave the sender for the original gauge where it was originally....then look another spot that you can screw the mechanical gauge probe into. if you can't , you may have to use a Tee. you may also need various bushings or reducers
