I know I read somewhere that there is a swap meet this weekend in Tennessee. Does anybody know this and where?? Thanks, ******Knuckles
Annual Nashville swap meet at the fairgrounds. Set up on Saturday night. All day Sunday until about 3:00. Less and less early Ford; more and more late Chev/Mustang stuff. Biggest thing in these parts, though.
I'll not be able to make it this year. Know what that means? It means there will actually be something there worth buying. You all owe me one for staying home. JH
Thanks for the heads-up. I was somewhat planning on heading over from Charlotte. Thanks, ******Knuckles
I'm taking extra $$ now!! Need me to keep an eye out for stuff for your new ride? PM me a phone number and shopping list, if so. Your credit's good.
Bill, Thanks for the offer. That's really nice of you and I appreciate it - but I'm broke. Luckily I think the '38 is just about perfect as/is. Have fun & good luck. JH
I'll be there, need everything so I don't know where to start. Just hoping to find something special.
Hey Bill, you might as well be like Harrison and stay home cause I'M gonna get all the deals Saturday after I get set up Crestliner and his bodyguard will be there sellin' too. I'm in the B building, 77-79, youse guys stop by and buy my useless **** I'll be the only guy there wearin a HAMB drags shirt mid-tenn mike
This is a decent little Swap Meet. Usually some decent rides for sale in the parking lots as well. Been every year for a while now. No need to break a streak...see ya'll Sunday. Calling for a High of 40 degrees BTW and a decent chance of rain. 48 Poncho
I'll be looking for you. We need to be watching for some *****in' billet import ricer **** for Jim. That car needs it. Maybe some day-glo wipers? Bullet hole decals?
Come on guys give me some credit. You know I'm hard core. I'm gonna shoot it for real. As for billet, Boyd don't make wide fives so kiss my ***. Look for Kennedy. He's real funny looking. It'll be worth the effort just to see him. Kisses - JH
I should be there... Is there going to be a Poor Boy get together afterwards? I can't believe I'm actually going to behave myself and not try and numchuck you all. ...ohhhh the times they are a changin'...... TINGLER
Kennedy just called to report that he stole the best two items there. I'll let him fill us in later. All I'll say is that Deuce parts are still out there - cheap!!! Hopefully he can post a pic of two. JH
I went. I couldn't find any booth numbers, so I don't know if I saw any fellow HAMBers or not. Not bunches of 30's stuff, but not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning. All I bought was 2 boxes of street rodder magazines (80+ mags) for $12
