True. True. Funny story. My wife's from Blaine on the other side of Grainger county and when we met in High School, her moms wouldn't let me talk to her because I was a "Bean Station Hooligan". Still am. (At least 2 or 3 days a week...) Good to see some local boys here. Wasted many a weekend in Mo'town...

 

Hey, any of you fellers have a hoard of flatheads down there? I know some one does, a 53 foot trailer full. just don't know who.

 

We are moving to nashville in 2 weeks. Do I still count?

Kingsport here... Not more than 25 minutes from Bristol Dragway and about an hour and a half from Pigeon Forge. Some real decent smaller shows around this area and LOTS of "car people". great place to live.

well I'm from Memphio,and i likes it here,during summer theres a cruise in on thrusday nites 200 to 300 cars show up, in shoping mall park'n lot, so there's still lots of great car folkes here,

 

Where is the cruise in Memphis on Thursday night

 

mount juliet here... we have a pretty good cruise in on sat night at the chick-filet.

 

Didn't I read that there is a pretty good swap meet and Nashville next month? I'm ready for one! Louisville is coming up too but the last time I went, it seemed to be fizzling.

Oh and fyi, the local old car guys here in Clarksville have a cruise in during the summer every Saturday evening behind the Wendy's on Madison St. A mile or 2 off of exit 11 from I-24.

 

64, yeah the swap meet is the 1st Sunday in February at the FairGrounds. I went to the Louisville Swap meet last year. It was pretty decent I thought. Most swap meets I go to are so heavy CHEVY it aint funny.

 

You got any '65 Falcon parts down there ?
