Looks like you had a great time and a cool adventure. I really need to make it out there one time in the future. Thanks for the pics.
I,m knackered after thrashing on the racecar all week and then driving 600 miles home. I don,t know how you did it.
a box of ziploc bags would cut your time down , with less piss stops! great pics , thanks for posting ..
I liked it ALOT! You seemed to be havin BIG fun getting salty. We yelled out to you a few times. We were the two fisted Beer drinkers. B
....I think you got the picture thing down OK,...thanks for the great pics. PS, how old are you guys?...just wonderin if I could make that trip. LOL!
Good job, You guys are animals. I had 20 hours and did a motel. You definately did the right thing with 150 mile stops. Discovery was filming the Kugel components roadster. Whoever she was she sure was purdy. See the pics below. Also met a great guy at the hotel who was a film maker with his cameraman from NZ covering a new Zealander who was a double amputee. What was Tonya Harding running??
Jamie, unless you've made some big changes to the dashboard I gotta believe that speed is just a semi-random guess in your Sub. Sounds like you guys had a great experience. I have got to get out there one of these days.
Jaime, I know you ran another post on here"even More )* B-ville pics" but i can't get it to come up.Can you BTT it? JimV
Hey Jamie, I don't know you, but I know Donnie through my father-in-law Darrell Fletcher, and he told about the trip. Sounds like you guys had a great time. Tell Donnie that's not bad for an old man! LOL Josh
That's right around 1785 or so miles. Yahoo maps says it can be done in 25 hrs. they must have a lot bigger gas tank and bladder than the average hotrodder. I used to do some of those type of trips years ago but now my old butt doesn't like to sit in a car seat that long at one time. And now my right knee bitches every time it has to help work a gas pedal for more than 15 minutes so I guess cruise control is in order before the next big road trip. Great photos gents but I'm damned glad I wasn't on the road with you when you got back to Ohio.
