Looks like a press in and turn with pins...and your big car is 6 volt I suspect...amazing...

This fella was asking 5k in 2019...

They were definitely on top of the bright race till the Sealed Beams came in then they had a compe***or I suppose...

Yes the Cord has a 6 volt system. I can't remember what the bulb is like, but it must be the same as those in your pictures with 1 bulb/2 filaments.

 

Stogy, that pic with the hot rods with the Woodlites and the E&J's is so COOL!!!

 

Honestly when I first saw that I thought I'd struck Historical Gold...I wish I was there to share the goodtimes...it looked an awesome moment and a great bunch of Hotrodders...with eclectic visions...

 

Before you dismantle the headlamp switch again, get a can of Deoxit D5 and give everything inside a good soaking or two.
