Technical TH200-4R lock up in reverse

Hi Guys !
We need help to solve a problem with a TH200-4R.
A friend swap his old powerglide by a 200-4R on his Chevy '57 BelAir.
The transmission worked fine during 10000 Miles and now, when he put the shifter in R position, the output shaft is locked up.
We rebuilt the transmission and the problem is still here.
We checked the fluid level, TV cable adjustment, disconected the shifter linkage and the drive axle, to be sure the problem was in the transmission.
In Front gear the transmission slips
Do you have any ideas ??
