Has anyone converted from a 350 to a 200 4r in a 40 ford? Want to know how much trim work needed in the X member. Excpet for the pan, they look real close but I do not want to start something without knowing there may be some bad glitch's to expect. Thanks to all!
Hit the search function, there was a thread on that about a month ago that had some great pictures of what needs to be trimmed and such. Otherwise, a 200R4 is the exact same length as a 350, but the rear mount is further back by a few inches.
