Projects Thanks for the help

I had a post about getting my Studebaker with a 283 Sbc running. I worked on it today and got the timing right and it is running great. I had put a edelbrock 500 cfm on it and was having trouble getting to idle. I got the distributor in the right spot and it still didn’t want to idle. I had thought I had plugged the vacuum port in the back but didn’t. Once I did that it runs great. Your help is always appreciated.
