Yeah, I'll be at the RCN & CHRR. I took it to the track once already a couple weeks ago. Smoked the WWW's most of the way down the track (one of 'em anyway). It didn't matter if I hammered it or just rolled on the throttle, I couldn't get the 60' times below 2.00. I swapped the third member from the 3.00 one legger to a 3.50 trac-loc and put some BFG drag radials on it. Should do better tonight.

I'm back from the track. As the old saying goes, "I've got good news and I've got bad news". The good news is that the traction problem is cured for now. The bad news is, now I have a bog at the starting line. This was kind of expected though since I've done nothing yet to tune the ignition or the carb for max acceleration. The 60' times improved to 1.94, rolling on the throttle really slow to keep it from bogging.

CONGRATS to you Don, I'm so very happy for you!! I have not heard one way or the other regarding myself I did receive 3 phones calls today that came up "unavailable" (the phone number called from is not listed) so I don't usually answer those I guess I'm going to tomorrow though. I just got home, should have known better then to check the HAMB before bedtime, now I'm never going to be able to fall asleep. Don, if you asked them if I got in and they told you, please feel free to post it hear or PM me. It's going to be a LONG day tomorrow till I hear one way or another.
