Gosh, I am torn there. After talking with Larry and the story of him saving that Merc when no one wanted them and putting it back together then spending the last 34 years driving the wheels off it....While it would be cool to see it restored, it's equally as cool to see it as a driver on the road during a time when custom Mercs were waaaaaaay past a cool thing to have/drive and before they were cool again.

I agree 100%, what a great guy and hearing all his stories from aquiring the car to driving it all the time and it's present state, it would definitely be a hard call. The car has lived the most since Larry has owned it and to restore it back would seem to erase the biggest part of it's history! my two cents.
