    Pic is not that clear however it appears to be female npt. Take a caliper and set it to the deepest point of threads. If that is smaller than the opening it’s npt.

    It would be pretty cheap to just buy an NPT fitting and check the fit.
     
  6. Grab a 1/4 (maybe 3/8) NPT fitting and see if it screws in.
