Thanx to everybody who posted welding tips. What the f was I thinking. The .030 wire and the bottle combo work great I all most look like I know what I'm doing know. Its going to take about 4 more days of grinding to clean up the mess I made. And a couple more grinding discs. I will post some pics on my progress in a couple of days. Can't seem to stay out of the garage long enough.
Careful with the grinding that you don't warp the panels. Go easy and don't try to hog it all off with a single pass. Keep the grinder moving. Good luck!
