Ain't these projects fun? Looks like yer havin' some. Don't wanna sound like I'm rainin' on your parade, but have you ever give any thought of the span between the front mount and the trans mount? I was gonna use a front mount with a '57 bell housing, but had starter issues. Used the rear trans mount, but the front one scared me so I cut 'em out and put side mounts on it. Only did this 'cause a friend of mine's trans case broke. I had figured that a light car like a T wouldn't put that much stress on the trans, but that's exactly what he had. Keep up the good work and enjoy what yer doin'...... Norm

COOP, I'm right there with you about that one and I'm pretty concerned about cracking the bell housing on the trans. We'll see what we can do about it. Side supports might just need to happen.

  9. Was hanging out over at Norton's place last night after we got home from Autorama. We just fiddled around with things, and I snapped a couple of pics. It's really looking like a hot iron these days!

    One piece a time!

I can't tell how you bad I miss swaps. I really don't need anything, but I still love the hunt.

  12. I really dig that first picture I took. It looks tough.

And yes, swap season is almost here! Time to wander the aisles looking for overpriced rusty Ford stuff among the mini-truck stuff...

    That will never happen...

Whats that old saying about StreetRodders wanting to be HotRodders...
    BUT
HotRodders don't want to be StreetRodders...

I would almost want this thing to be called a ratrod more than a t-bucket...

  18. Norton just wants to be a graybeard hotrodder... :p
