Customs The 62 Merc, flaked roof ! Hmmm !

Ok you guys have peaked my interest in doing this to the roof come spring. Who can recommend someone in the Seattle/Tacoma area to do it? I think it would look super!

 

Drive down to arizona in a couple months. Ill be living there bring a couple cases of beer.

now the side trim actually follows the spear so it the painted spear "fits" better

Does anyone know how to get a hold of Sam , I've met him a few times at Amocat in Tacoma at some functions.

well, get in the phone book, and start looking up shops. I do all my painting myself, so i couldnt help ya with a shop location.

Please tell me it got dented after you painted the roof....I just can't see doing all the work and spending the bucks on clear and flake and all just to get lazy on doing a little bodywork.

 

i cant remember exactly what happened but yeah it got popped in after paint

 

oh and the clear and flake was only like 55$ all together so it wasn't that bad
