thankfully this trans tunnel is almost done close to 12 feet of welding in here filled in some pin holes in the cowl and some in the bead under the cowl . also some straightening next was the door with some straightening ,fixing pinholes and a few ptches in the bead area
thanks everyone . got the body looking like sumthin finally ! made the quarter patch and a few patches in the cowl and door as well .
Sexy floor man....and I wonder why more people didn't also split the cowl....for a 32 frame to fit? Seems a lot more easier, and of course....more sense. Great work.....love your stuff.
Dynamite build. Love the Rocket power and 3 pedal combo. Floors ain't too shabby neither. Hoping you do not chop the top. Q: on the flooring, ...with SO many compound flange and beads, did it drastically change the overall dimensions? O do the dyes, actually stretch the material?? Appears that they were cut to correct size BEFORE beading was done. Nicely done. Subscribed. Gonna get GoatRoper involved on that Rocket engine? JT
thanks skaterman ! no prestretch . in my opinion he beads were not drastic enough to need it and i gambled right ! tony is doing the motor ! thanks ! thanks 4rod and 55 ! quarter patch i made and metal finished . big body line dent on the quarter fixed ! same with the door cowl
Nice work as usual Flop! Guess I will split the firewall on mine since I have the same predicament. I am following along now!
Amazing work, I love following your threads. 3.5" is right on the money ! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Awesome. Perfect proportions. So on chop tech. Have you ever chopped one straight across ? vs the stagger chop you did here around rear window sides? Which would you prefer & why?
How long ago did you make that contract with the devil to do this kind of work? As always it has the look of magic to see the before and after pictures. Keep 'em coming. Frank
