Looks like one of Fred's cylinders is running without the benefit of a header.

 

I don't know if it was the same day but I have posted a couple more back a ways showing it close up and a couple more of it running like that. Nobody ever came out and told the story of what happened.

 

loudbang, the missing header photos that you posted were of Rich Guasco's Pure Hell car (when it was still Chevy powered).

That looks like some big horse power.

The Model A with the front wire wheels actually had two SBCs. Belonged to a guy named Lee Johnson from Flint, Michigan.
