It's really encouraging to see altereds getting some play and attention... There's no denying that they played a big role in the hairy success of drag racing's past... While not getting the same degree of recognition from "mainstream" nostalgia novices as the diggers and floppers, for those of us who know better, we're aware of the drag strip "romance" ***ociated with them... The ones pictured in this thread are beautiful... I commend anyone who is in the process of building an altered, you're courage to travel slightly off the proverbial beaten path is most admirable...
