This was my son's house which was built before 1920 in St. Joseph, Mo.. I would love to know what kind of car the original owner who built the house drove as the house has a one car garage which is big enough to park a Acura MDX in. This is a solid brick house.
For all you Yankees: you mistakenly call The War of Agression the Civil War . lol 1 more car I promise, Rex Winter Dry n windy Lubbock TX

Here’s a pic of my tobacco barn built In 1950. My dad and I jacked it up over 2 1/2 feet and put all new posts in in and put turn buckles and cables to straighten in 2 feet over a years time. Saved it. The house built in 41’. Tater valley. Far from perfect but damned near perfect! My middle daughter and I built an outhouse out of Tennessee walnut. Even has Xmas lights on it. House always smells like your at your grandmas. With all our cookin. Wrap around porches with old church benches. Can sing to the hymns and hear the preacher screaming hell and fire from the baptist church 1/2 mile away while I work in the gardens at 11 and 6 on Sundays. Good thing my middle daughter and I built my pincher toe coffin when she was in 6th grade learning fractions. so Ill be ready......
Great to see that all you old car nuts like old homes too. Here’s ours. Built in 1904 for Ms. Brown. Dutch Colonial. We are the second owners. Bought the place 16 years ago and we’re STILL stripping paint from some of the trim. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
